Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
- Orders may be canceled and refunded within 1 hour of purchase. After that period, refunds and cancellations are not available.
- IN X OUTâ„¢ is not responsible for forgotten or incorrectly applied discount codes, promotions, fees, or failed payment selections.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of the order’s delivery date.
- Items must be unworn and undamaged to qualify.

All items are made to order. Order processing time for items in stock is 10 business days, excluding weekends and national holidays.
FOR PREORDERS: please refer to the specific product page for processing and shipping times as they may fall outside of our usual processing window.
Please allow an additional 2-4 business days for shipping. Domestic packages are shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking information. Please note UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.
