IMPORTANT UPDATE: USPS is experiencing unprecedented package volume and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19, which is causing delays. If you have yet to receive a package that is currently in transit with USPS, please continue to monitor your package with your tracking information provided by us via email. We are told packages are still in transit to their final destination.
Orders that have not shipped will be sent via UPS until further notice. Please note UPS does not ship to PO boxes. We appreciate your patience and remain committed to delivering your orders on time.
All items are made to order. Due to COVID 19, order processing time for items in stock is 7-10 business days, excluding holidays.

Any order placed and processed will not be shipped on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday. Your package will be shipped on the next business day.
Free standard US shipping on all orders $150+.
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, which usually takes, 2 - 4 business days anywhere within the USA. Once your item(s) is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email that was provided with your order.
For additional shipping options, such as express shipping, please review the rush order policy, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and your request Express shipping at checkout. Please note that expedited orders still require 1-2 business days for processing, excluding holidays, in addition to 2 business days for shipping.
We are not responsible for any orders once they are confirmed to in transit or delivered. Lost packages must be disputed with carrier.
Refunds are not issued for any reason. IN X OUT is not responsible for any discount codes, promotions, fees, or funds lost or forgotten due to failure to input any codes for promotions. We are not responsible for any order cancelation or refunds due to failure to select the appropriate payment method.
Return policy is effective once order is placed. Orders cannot be cancelled. We offer store credits for items returned within 7 days of order delivery date. Items must be unworn and undamaged. Returns requests must be approved before item is returned. If item is no longer available, your store credit can be used to purchase any available item. A refund will not be issued.
Please submit your return requests via the Returns Center. A member of our team will review and process your request within 1-2 business days.
If you received the wrong item or defective/damaged item (any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error), please submit your return requests via the Returns Center and include images of the damaged items. We will happily replace and cover all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any damaged item must be returned within 7 days of order delivered date.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
