All items are made to order. Order processing time for items in stock is 10 business days, excluding weekends and national holidays.

Please allow an additional 2-4 business days for shipping. Domestic packages are shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking information. Please note UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.

Refunds and cancellations are not issued for any reason. Policies takes into effect once an order is placed. We offer store credits for items returned within 7 days of order delivery date. Items must be unworn and undamaged. Returns requests must be approved before item is returned. If item is no longer available, your store credit can be used to purchase any available item. A refund will not be issued.   

Please submit your return requests via the Returns Center. A member of our team will review and process your request within 1-2 business days.

Faux Leather - Spot clean and hang dry. To prevent peeling, condition garment with faux leather conditioner, or use coconut oil as a natural conditioner.

Denim & all other material - Hand wash cold. Low heat or air dry.

Brass Jewelry - Brass, the more it is exposed to oxygen, may tarnish over time. To restore to its original shine use metal cleaner such as Brasso.
